• Crockery - Stone Ware (Dinner Plate, Side Plate & Dessert/Soup Bowl)

• Glassware (Beer, Whiskey, Wine & Champagne)

• Equipped bathroom facilities - Ladies bathroom & Gentleman's bathroom

• We have a small collection of vases, decor, lights and table linen that you are welcome to use.

• Service staff (Head waiter, 1 waiter per 20 guests, 1 Barman per 50 guest & 5 cleaners)


• Decor - Flowers, Table Linen, Vases, Candle Holders etc. (In the event that you don't make use of the available decor)

• Stationary, Photographer, videographer, make-up/hair, and wedding cake

• Accommodation 

The venue will be made available 3 days before the function 



1. No wandering from the venue area – Wild animals roaming 

2. No interaction with wild/orphaned animals

3. No parking on lawn areas, parking area is 500 m from the venue.

4. No littering – Please use bins provided for all waste. 

5. Curfew - 00:30 every hour after will be R 1500.00 extra per hour

6. At no point will Thaba Manzi/or its staff be held responsible for direct or indirect damages to person or property whilst at Thaba Manzi.

7. Thaba Manzi reserves the right to refuse entry.

8. The client will be held liable for any damages caused by guests.
